Multi-time WWE Women’s Champion Becky Lynch apparently landed a role in one of Phase Four’s most polarizing projects, Eternals. According to a recent report from Fightful Select, the 35-year-old professional wrestler (real name Rebecca Quin) shot a scene for the film which ended up getting removed because it was deemed “too depressing”. It remains unclear what role Lynch played in the project but the report states that Marvel Studios was pretty happy with her performance, and the idea of her mystery character being brought back for a future MCU project isn’t something that is completely out of the window.Had the scene not been taken out of the film completely, Lynch would have joined fellow wrestler and good friend Sasha Banks as one of Hollywood’s crossover stars from WWE.
