Who Are Chainsaw Man’s Voice Actors?
The voice cast of Chainsaw Man was announced on August 5, 2022, by studio MAPPA. Before that, Chainsaw Man voice actor predictions were going strong, but of course, people were focusing on already established voice actors who have portrayed similar characters in the past. Expectedly, the real cast diverges a bit. Along with the voice actors’ reveal, MAPPA released a voiced trailer, which further hyped up the anime way before its premiere.
Who Is Denji’s Voice Actor?
The main character Denji, who becomes the titular Chainsaw Man, is voiced by Kikunosuke Toya. Toya is a relatively new voice actor known for his role in the visual novel Wind Boys! He also had minor roles in Heroines Run the Show and Tokyo 24th Ward. This means that Denji is an establishing role for the voice actor. In the trailer, he’s focused on Denji’s desperation, but, as Denji is also emotionally immature and occasionally funny, we expect to see some range!
Who Is Makima’s Voice Actor?
In the Chainsaw Man manga and anime, Makima meets Denji after he transforms into Chainsaw Man, whereupon she offers him two choices: be killed off by her as a devil or work for her as a human. The voice actor for Makima is Tomori Kusunoki (who was also Futaba Igarashi from My Senpai Is Annoying).
Who Is Aki’s Voice Actor?
Aki Hayakawa, who also works for Makima, is voiced by Shogo Sakata (Carbo from Dr. Stone).
Who Is Power’s Voice Actor?
Power, one of the fiends in Makima’s service, is portrayed by Ai Fairouz (who was also Ariane Glenys Lalatoya from Skeleton Knight in Another World).
Who Is Young Denji’s Voice Actor?
Since the premiere of Chainsaw Man, fans have been curious about the voice of Denji in the flashbacks. Young Denji is voiced by Marina Inoue. Inoue is an experienced voice actor known for her role as Armin Arlert in Attack on Titan.
What About the Rest of the Cast?

Who Is Reze’s Voice Actor?
Season 1 of Chainsaw Man ended with a surprise appearance by Reze, teasing the Bomb Girl arc. Reze’s voice actor is Reina Ueda. You might have previously heard her in the role of Kanao Tsuyuri from Demon Slayer or as Kisa from Fruits Basket.
