When Is The Glory Coming Out on Netflix?
Back in February, we learned that Song Hye Kyo would be starring in The Glory. She confirmed the report on her Instagram account that she received the script for the show’s first two episodes. In August, fans posted on Twitter that production already wrapped up filming of the show.
Considering filming for The Glory lasted longer than usual, fans actually didn’t expect the South Korean series to have a release date this year. But as revealed in the trailer, The Glory is scheduled for a Netflix release on December 31, 2022. Once the show gets released, all eight episodes will be available for streaming right away.
What Is The Glory Story About?
The official synopsis of The Glory reads: “Years after surviving horrific abuse in high school, a woman puts an elaborate revenge scheme in motion to make the perpetrators pay for their crimes.” Hye Kyo plays Moon Dong Eun, the victim of a brutal attack by her bullies that forces her to drop out of high school. Years later, Dong Eun comes across her former bully, who is now married and with a child. The child happens to attend the elementary school where Dong Eun works as a teacher. She later starts to take her revenge after years of plotting.
