Speaking of, an upcoming Star Wars project will mark the return of a beloved prequel trilogy character. Disney+’s Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi will feature an appearance from Mace Windu which makes a lot of sense considering the show is set within the prequel era. The project, which hits the streaming service next month will explore the origin stories of Count Dooku and Ahsoka Tano and it also marks the return of Liam Neeson who will voice Qui-Gon Jinn, months following his surprise cameo in the live-action Obi-Wan Kenobi series. Also Read: Samuel L. Jackson will also return to voice the character but considering the Secret Invasion star previously voiced the character in Episode 11 of Star Wars: The Clone Wars’ seventh and final season, it seems likely that he’ll be back to do Tales of the Jedi. And let’s be real here, Jackson possesses such a distinct voice, that it would be foolish on Lucasfilm’s part not to bring him back. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi will begin streaming on October 26, exclusively on Disney+.
