As it stands, we still don’t know if the rumored Luke Skywalker series will actually happen but fans have been clamoring for Marvel actor Sebastian Stan to take over the role. The Winter Soldier actor even got Hamill’s blessing and it seemed like it was only a matter of time before he joined the science-fiction franchise. However, it looks like the OG Luke himself isn’t done playing the part and according to a new rumor, Hamill is set to appear in an upcoming spinoff series. The folks over at Giant Freakin Robot report that Hamill has signed on to return as Luke in Ahsoka, marking the third time he’s appeared in the MandoVerse.Details surrounding Hamill’s rumored involvement in the show weren’t disclosed so, of course, it’s best to take this report with a huge grain of salt.
