My Hero Academia Season 6 will feature the Paranormal Liberation War arc which will see the merger of the League of Villains and the Meta Liberation Army into one supervillain group, the Paranormal Liberation Front, the one that the heroes from Class 1-A would be facing soon. Speaking with Animedia, as reported by ComicBook.com, Studio Bones producer Yoshihiro Oyabu hints on who to keep an eye on, Mirko, from the heroes, and Twice, the duplication villain. From the manga, both of these characters play an important role in the arc. In the previous arc, Twice is last seen to have a huge boost of his Quirk that gave him the ability to make thousands of duplicates enough to overwhelm the Meta Liberation Army.
