J-Hope Talks about His Listening Party
Fans may see J-Hope as an extrovert and confident, but he reveals he has an introverted personality. In fact, he only has a few musician friends, aside from his fellow BTS members. He revealed, The gathering turned out to be one of the hottest events of the year, attended by almost all of the famous personalities in the K-pop industry. However, there was one person who wasn’t invited—IU.
Why J-Hope Didn’t Invite IU?
IU couldn’t help but ask J-Hope why he didn’t invite her to the party. The question made J-Hope flustered as he tried to come up of an excuse quickly. The words “Making excuses faster than rapping” could even be seen in the clip’s subtitle while J-Hope tried to reason with her. J-Hope’s Solo Debut Album Jack in the Box
J-Hope held a listening party for his solo debut album, Jack in the Box, and several famous K-pop artists attended it. The likes of Heize, Zico, Kid Milli, Sunmi, Jessi, HyunA, ph-1, Gaeko of Dynamicduo, Giriboy, Bibi and Tiger JK were all there, along with the actor Uhm Jung Hwa. Jack in the Box officially dropped on July 15, featuring the lead tracks “MORE” and “Arson.” BigHit Music described the LP, via Korea Joongang Daily, to break the mold and reflect J-Hope’s passion.
