In a recent interview with Collider, Henry Cavill was asked whether he would star in an Enola Holmes spin-off focusing on his character. Not surprisingly, the Black Adam star appears to like the idea as long as he is given the freedom to play the character truthfully. “I think there are so many options there,” Cavill said. “The important thing for me is making sure that I can give everything I need to give to every one of the characters that I play.”
He then added that there is a tight schedule to consider. “As we know, I’m getting busier, and my plate is becoming slightly more full, so I think it’s all about making sure that I have the time to serve the characters as I need to,” Cavill said. We love the idea of Sherlock Holmes getting his own project in the future. However, there is also a possibility that the character will continue to be a recurring figure in the Enola Holmes movies. Either way, we enjoy seeing Henry Cavill as the sleuth and look forward to his return. It was recently confirmed that Henry Cavill will be leaving The Witcher and will not appear in the fourth season. He will be replaced by Hunger Games actor Liam Hemsworth who will play the new Geralt of Rivia. Henry Cavill returns as Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher Season 3, which premieres on Netflix in 2023.
