The theatrical cut was a far cry from Zack Snyder’s original vision for the project and it would take fans four grueling years just to get the “real” one. Now that the film is celebrating its fifth year, DCU fans wasted no time lambasting the divisive project. On Twitter, “Josstice League” became a hot trending topic, and even without looking at the reactions, you would already know that fans are ripping up the Hamadaverse “classic”. As for the chances of Zack being brought back to the DCU, we still don’t know what the future holds for him but fans are still incredibly hopeful that there’s a place for him in the “new” DCU. Now that the “dark ages” for the DC Universe are seemingly over, we’re hoping that the duo of James Gunn and Peter Safran will build a more cohesive franchise that puts the fans first before anything else.
